Another innovative utensil has surfaced into the culinary world: The Flavor Spoon. Here’s how it works:
- Insert your favorite herb, spice, or other flavorful food in the bottom part of the spoon.
- Place the top part, which is perforated, over the bottom.
- Start eating.
The idea here is that when hot liquid comes in contact with the spoon, the flavors from the bottom part will infuse with it. So simple, yet so smart.
Prediction: There will be more sophisticated versions of The Flavor Spoon to emerge in the near future apart from the plastic version that exists here (Grant Achatz from Alinea will jump on this).
